Your links keep redirecting, whatever you pay us
Downgrading or cancelling takes away features, not links. Every short link you have made - including the ones printed on something, or scheduled into a send you cannot recall - carries on resolving. You lose the ability to create new ones past the free limit, and the Pro features stop, and that is all that happens.

Questions
- What happens when I hit the free link limit?
- Your existing links keep working forever. You just cannot create new ones until you upgrade or delete a few.
- What happens to my links if I cancel?
- They keep redirecting. Cancelling drops you back to Free at the end of the period you have paid for, which means you stop being able to create links beyond the free limit and lose the Pro features - but nothing you have already printed or shared stops resolving.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, on Pro and above. Add a CNAME and a TXT record at your DNS provider and we handle the certificate automatically, including renewals.
- Do you count clicks or visitors?
- Both, separately. Visitors are counted from a salted hash of the IP address rather than the address itself, so the figure is a count without also being a record of who.
- Is the API a separate product?
- No. It is the same endpoints the dashboard uses, included with Pro, with an OpenAPI document you can generate a client from.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes, and it works out to two months free compared to paying monthly.
